About me
I have a variety of experience from advertising to software development and artificial intelligence (AI) development.
I am passionate about crafting user-centric experiences for websites, applications, software, and XR interfaces.
I find joy in observing user interactions, case-studying diverse software and applications and improving existing interface designs.
As a UX/UI designer, I endeavour to problem-solve and create aesthetic and intuitive digital interfaces for users.
My ultimate goal is to create products that transcend age barriers, enabling users to navigate all features easily and confidently.

- Created a design system for variety data-rich applications.
- Developed a functional design system for internal development use, and reduced developer’s development time.
- Increased collecting the third party details from customer, and reduce internal third party investigating time.
- Increased the third party response rate and reduce call center's phone calls.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse the voice of the customer survey data, call, chat records, complaints data, digital analytics, and operational data to identify customer pain points.
- Conduct customer research, and investigate in the pain points in details.
- Design AI platforms and software interfaces to support business growth and solve business problems.
- Create an internal design component library for internal application/ software and future application/software use.
- Develop customer journey maps, and target customer personas, and facilitating cross-functional design workshops.
- Maintain delightful online lodgment experience in claims.
- Collaborate with the CX Design team and product and digital stakeholders to create and test prototypes.

- Working with Contact Centre team members to identify customer pain points and improve the overall experience.
